Promotional conditions for the Referral Boost Campaign

Receive three rewards! How?

When a friend starts their subscription with your personal discount code, you can choose three rewards.You will receive one gift per month and your friend will receive a 50% discount of their first month.

Duration

The 1st - 31st of July 2024. Your friend has to use the personal discount code before 11:59 PM on the 31st of July 2024 to qualify for this offer. After this, our regular referral conditions apply and you will receive one gift for each referred friend.

Subscription

The personal discount code is only valid if your friend signs up for our monthly subscription. Our 6 and 12-month subscription options do not apply to this promotion.

Choice of gifts

When you log in to your account, you can click on ‘Refer a friend' to see how many friends have used your personal referral code. Listed below are the rewards that you can choose from:

- 50% off on your next month

- A travel case

- A surprise perfume 8ml

- A 30ml roomspray

How do I claim my three referral rewards?

First, claim your reward via the confirmation email, confirming that your friend has used your discount code. Then, you can find your rewards under ‘Refer a friend’ in your account ’. If your friend has subscribed with your code, you can choose three rewards in total where you will receive only one reward per month.

Can I invite several friends?

Of course, please invite! You can always invite all of your friends and receive multiple referral gifts. By spreading the word to all your friends, you will also increase the number of rewards you can receive. For every referred friend, you will receive three gifts.

What if my friend has forgotten to insert the personal discount code?

If your friend has forgotten to enter the discount code at checkout, don't panic. All they have to do is cancel their current subscription and start another with your discount code. They will have to contact our Customer Happiness Team for this. They will cancel the subscription and do the refund. And then, they can start again!

What to do if the referral reward is not on my reward list?

Your reward will only be shown on your account when your friend (referral) has confirmed their subscription. As soon as your personal discount code has been used, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

Can I claim my reward when I have paused my account?

Unfortunately, it is only possible to claim a referral reward if you have an active account (so: not paused or cancelled).
