How does a Parfumado subscription work?
Your Parfumado subscription is very simple and is a regular pampering moment for yourself! Create an account and start a subscription. Get a new perfume every month (8ml) through the letterbox. Enough for 30 days, 4 sprays a day. You can choose what makes it into your perfume calendar from our range of over 550 perfumes. We understand that your needs vary from month to month, so you can always pause or cancel your subscription.
Are Parfumado's perfumes authentic?
Yes, absolutely! We only work with 100% authentic perfumes purchased from authorised suppliers or from the brands themselves. We never work with fakes or imitations; this is a policy we take very seriously.
Am I tied to a subscription?
No, our service is 100% flexible. You can pause and stop your monthly subscription whenever you want! Under order history (in your account), you can change the status or choose to 'pause' for a month. Note: If you have a 6 or 12-month subscription, you will pay either 6 or 12-months in advance with a discount, and you will not be able to cancel your subscription before that period, but you can pause it.

We understand that your needs vary from month to month, so you can always pause or cancel your subscription.
What subscription options are available?
The most popular subscription is a monthly subscription (£14.95 per month), which you can pause or cancel every month. You also have the choice of purchasing a 6 or 12-month subscription. Here you pay the number of months in advance, which gives you a discount on your subscription! You cannot cancel these subscriptions, but you can pause them. You can also upgrade your monthly subscription to a prepaid one.
My perfume is lasting longer than I thought! Can I pause my subscription and skip a month or two?
Yes, you can always pause your subscription. If you do not wish to receive any perfume for a month, please let us know at least 7 days before the dispatch date. You can do this by pausing your subscription in your account (under the heading my subscription). When you pause, your subscription skips a month. Would you like to pause your subscription for longer? You can but only for up to 3 consecutive months. After this, your subscription will automatically be active again. Make sure you fill in your perfume calendar correctly.
Does a minimum subscription period apply? Can I try it for a month?
Yes, you can! Our service is 100% flexible. You can pause and stop your monthly subscription whenever you want. You can change the status of your subscription or pause for a month in your account. You can also upgrade your monthly subscription to a prepaid one. Please note: If you choose a 6 or 12-month subscription, you will pay either 6 or 12 months in advance with a discount. You will not be able to cancel your subscription before that time, but you will be able to pause it.
Payments
How much does a perfume cost at Parfumado?
That depends on the type of subscription you choose. Our monthly subscription costs £14.95. Did you choose our 6 or 12-month subscription and pay in advance? Then you get a discount! A 6-month subscription costs £14 per month, a 12-month subscription costs the equivalent of £13.75 per month.
When will an amount be debited from my account?
The monthly amount will be debited when your perfume choice is final. This is a week before the shipping day (ie 7 days before the 1st or 15th of the month). You can pay directly for the products in the Shop.
Are there any additional costs, such as delivery costs?
No, there are no additional costs to our subscriptions. What you see is what you get. The prices of the subscriptions include delivery and VAT. However, orders of gifts (travel cases, full bottles and accessories etc) under £15.00 include a £1.99 delivery charge.
Why do I have to pay more for certain perfumes?
Expand your perfume collection with our special selection. A +€ with a perfume means that there is a one-off charge of €1 to €5 on top of the price of your monthly subscription. We'll debit this in the month you selected the perfume. The extra amount is also shown in your perfume calendar. Don't worry, most perfumes don't require you to pay an additional fee.
How can I change my payment method?
You can change your account number by navigating to 'my subscription'. At the top right, it says in grey 'change payment method'. Here you can select a new desired payment method.
Which gift cards can I redeem at Parfumado?
At Parfumado you can redeem a Beauty Gift, One4All, VVV Gift Card, Fashioncheque and Shop Check. Go to shop.parfumado.com and choose from one of our beautiful products such as; room sprays, gift cards, gift sets, single perfumes or full size bottles. At the moment it is unfortunately not possible to start a subscription at Parfumado with one of these gift cards. Do you still want to become a member? Shop a gift card in our webshop and start your Parfumado subscription that way!
How do I redeem a Beauty Gift Card / VVV Gift Card / Shop Check at Parfumado?
Using one of these gift cards is very easy; shop for your desired products and click on "order" so that you end up at the checkout. Then click on “gift cards” and choose the card you want to redeem. Follow the further steps that come with the gift card. Voila!
How do I redeem the One4All card at Parfumado?
Using your One4All gift card is very easy; shop for your desired products and click on "order" so that you end up at the checkout. At "pay" choose the credit card payment option. This option can be recognized by the VISA logo. Enter your One4all card number, CCV code and expiry date. Voila.
Do I have to spend the gift cards mentioned above in one go?
You can use the credit on the gift card up to an amount of € 50 on 1 order. If the value of your order is above € 50, it is possible to pay with IDEAL. If there is still a remaining amount on your gift card after your purchase, you can spend this at a later time. It is also possible to check your balance on the website of your gift card holder. For more information or about the general terms and conditions, we would like to refer you to the website for the gift card.
Perfume
Are Parfumado's perfumes authentic?
Yes, absolutely! We only work with 100% authentic perfumes, bought from authorised suppliers or from the brands themselves. We never work with fake or imitation; this is a policy we take very seriously.
Can I choose the perfumes myself?
Yes, you can choose whichever perfume you would like to receive every month until the 'lock moment'. Every perfume that we offer on the website can be added to your perfume calendar. The price is the same for each perfume, regardless of the price of the perfume in the shop, so go wild. If you have an active account and have not chosen a perfume before the 'lock moment', we will send you the Perfume of the Month.
Do you offer perfume advice?
Yes, our perfume experts are ready to help you discover the perfumes that really suit you! You can always send an email to perfumeadvice@parfumado.com. Let us know what your all-time favourite is! We also recommend you take the perfume quiz. Based on this quiz, we will recommend 3 highly suited perfumes.
What is the Perfume of the Month?
Well, that depends on the month. Our Perfume of the Month is selected by our in-house experts every month. Essentially it is our suggestion for that month, and we don't just pick any perfume. Instead, we curate our selection based on the specific month, taking into account new releases, the season and its celebrations. We announce the Perfume of the Month on our social channels and in our monthly newsletters. So remember to subscribe and follow! The Perfume of the Month is automatically sent to you if you forget to make your own choice.
Can I also add other products to my perfume calendar instead of perfume?
Unfortunately, this is not possible yet! As it stands, we do not have the operational opportunities to ship other products to the UK. However, we are working on making this possible soon!
Can I order whole bottles?
Yes, we also sell whole bottles from our range in the Parfumado Shop! Is your favourite not in stock? Click on the 'notify me when back in stock' button or contact us.
Can I also order separate travel cases?
Yes, you can order different colours of travel cases in the Parfumado.
Can I also order an (extra) perfume once only?
Yes, you can also order a one-off perfume from us. Go to 'Perfumes' in our webshops, there you will find perfumes that we offer as a single order in addition to a subscription. The perfumes are delivered in an Espresso travel case!
Delivery
When will I receive my first order?
Every month Parfumado works with two shipping times; the 1st and the 15th of each month. Depending on when you started your subscription, we will send your perfume on the 1st or the 15th of the month. If you started your subscription 8 days (until 23:59) before the next shipping date, we will send your first perfume on the next shipping date. Your follow-up orders will always be shipped on the same day of the month. Have you created an account and want to start a subscription? You can see (under the heading overview) which dispatch slot you fall into.
Can I still change my chosen perfume?
Yes, but please note that you can change your choice of perfume in your perfume calendar up to 7 days before the shipment (23:59). Didn't meet the deadline? It is no longer possible to change your choice of perfume. If you haven't chosen a perfume, you will automatically receive the Perfume of the Month. This is chosen by our house perfumers every month.
Where can I see my order and order history?
Your upcoming orders can be found in your perfume calendar (top right of the calendar icon), where you can see which perfume you have chosen for the next month(s). You can also see how long you have left to place your order for the next month. You can find your order history on your account page under the heading overview.
What should I do if I have not received my order?
Your order will be sent either on the 1st or the 15th, depending on the shipping slot you are in. If you have not received your package after 7 working days, please contact our Customer Happiness team via the chat below.
What should I do with a damaged, wrong or missing order?
Oh no! What a shame something went wrong! Please contact our Customer Happiness team via the chat below. If you can, send us a picture of the damaged or wrongly delivered perfume. We always find a suitable solution!
Which countries does Parfumado ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Sweden & Denmark. However, we are working hard to make Parfumado available to more people across Europe.
My Account
How does my perfume calendar work?
When you log in to your account, you can select perfumes for your perfume calendar. In the top right corner, you can see the calendar icon, and you can change the order of the perfumes by dragging them up or down, or removing and adding. One week before the shipping date, the next perfume choice becomes final. This is also shown in the countdown clock at the bottom of the perfume calendar.
What is the locking moment?
One week before we send your perfume (7 days before the shipment date), your perfume choice for that month becomes final. We call this the locking moment. From this moment on, you can no longer change your choice of perfume.
How can I change my personal details?
You can change your personal details by logging into your account and looking under the heading account details. Here you can change your name, address and password. Do you want to change your email address? Send a message to our Customer Happiness team via the chat below.
How do I cancel my subscription?
At Parfumado you can stop whenever you want. You can cancel your monthly subscription yourself in your account. Here you can change the status of your subscription. Note: have you already paid for the month you cancel your subscription? Then we will still send the perfume! Would you like to reactivate your subscription after a while? You can start your subscription again any time, welcome back!
Gifts
Can I give someone a Parfumado subscription as a gift?
Yes! In our Parfumado Shop, you will find our Gift Cards; you can choose from a 2, 3, 6 or 12-month card. You pick how you want to send the Gift Card. This can be done online or by old fashioned mail. Did you select a physical Gift Card? Then it is possible to personalise the Gift Card with something thoughtful! If you chose our digital version, you or the gift recipient will receive an email with the gift code. The gift will automatically expire when the last gift month has passed. The recipient will be notified by email.
Can I place a large order?
Yes, it is nice that you want to spoil so many people! Interested in buying more Gift Cards, Gift Sets or individual perfumes? Please contact our Customer Happiness team (contact@parfumado.co.uk). Would you like to spoil your employees with Parfumado? Mail our Gifting Team (gifting@parfumado.com) for a business order.
I received a gift card; how can I activate it?
Received one of our Gift Cards?! Lucky you, you clearly have some generous people around you. To activate your Gift Card, you can create an account and choose to start a monthly subscription. Here you fill in your personal data and the gift code. Your Gift Card will not be redeemed until the field turns green. Proceed to the checkout, and your gift code has been redeemed! Please note: you also have to authorise the monthly withdrawal. After the credit on your gift card is gone, your subscription will automatically stop, and you will receive an email from us. If you want to continue your subscription, this is when you let us know. Of course, we will be here and ready to continue your perfume exploration.
How long is my Gift Card valid?
A Gift Card can be used once and has no expiry date.
Can I put together a Gift Set myself?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to compose your own Gift Set. However, we have put together a great variety of Gift Sets with our perfume experts based on perfume family or style. You can find them in our Parfumado Shop.
How can I track my order?
For orders above €20 euros on our shop, you will receive a track & trace link from us to follow your order and the delivery time can be found on the pages of the products. The products we send without track & trace are single perfumes, Collector's Sets, travel cases, room sprays 30ML, and Exploration sets. If you order more than 1 of these products, we will send them with track & trace.
(Friends) discount codes
How do I enter a discount code?
When starting a subscription, you can use the discount code. When you click on the monthly subscription, an empty field will appear in front of the 'place order' button. Enter your discount code here. It is not possible to use the discount code on a 6 or 12-month subscription. The discount code is not accepted until the field turns green. You will then be taken to the payment page, and you will see that the discount has been deducted.
What are the conditions of discount codes?
Our discount codes are only redeemable on our monthly subscription (£12.95) and not on our 6 or 12-month subscription options (these already have a discount applied). You can use one discount code per order.
I have shared my code, where can I see and change my reward(s)?
On your account page under 'Reward a friend', you can see how many friends have used your discount code. Below are the rewards that you can choose for yourself. Note: the rewards are only visible when your referral has confirmed the subscription and your account is active (if your account is paused or cancelled, you will not receive a reward).
I've shared my discount code with friends, but I have not yet received a reward?
Your reward will only be displayed on your account once your referral has confirmed the subscription. The reward displayed will be included with your upcoming order.
What if I refer several friends in one month?
Great, thanks for spreading the word! You can now choose multiple gifts. However, you can only redeem one per month.
What if I forget to enter my discount code?
If you have forgotten the discount code and you have already activated your subscription, we can only settle the discount code if you cancel your subscription immediately and start again with the discount code. The discount is only accepted when the field turns green. You will immediately receive the first amount paid back to your account. Send us a message via the chat below.

Can I travel with Parfumado?
Yes, your Parfumado spray is your perfect travel partner as our 8ml perfume is allowed in your hand luggage!
