Price change in the UK

When will the prices change?
The monthly subscription price increase will be implemented on 1 February 2024 for new subscribers. For current subscribers, the date depends on the subscription entry point:

• If your perfume is shipped on the 1st of the month, the price increase will apply from 24 March.
• When your perfume is shipped on the 15th of the month, the price increase will apply from 8 April.

Don't know which shipping moment you fall into? Using the clock in your perfume calendar, you can see when your perfume choice becomes final. This is the date on which the monthly amount is debited.

The price increase in prepaid subscriptions will be implemented from 1 May 2024.

Why are prices being raised?
This is due to rising costs in perfume, labour and shipping in recent years and because we want to continue investing in the product range and our service to provide you with the best experience.

What if I don't want to pay this new price?
We have different subscriptions at Parfumado that vary in price. If you want to pay a lower price per month, you can choose a prepaid subscription that you pay in advance. The prices of our prepaid subscriptions have not yet increased. You can therefore still start a 6-month prepaid subscription at £11.50* per month and a 12-month for £10.50*. Switch to prepaid by navigating to "My subscription" in your account. Here, you can upgrade your subscription to prepaid.

You still have some time to think about this. From 1 May, we will also increase these prices.
*Please note: you pay this subscription in advance.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but remember to do so before the next billing date.

Can I still activate my gift card in the future?
Yes, you can! Do you still have a gift card from us? Then you can simply activate it on the monthly subscription.

What if I already have a prepaid subscription?
On 1 May, prepaid membership prices will also increase. Does your prepaid subscription expire before 1 May? Then you still have the chance to start a new prepaid subscription for the current prices. With this subscription form, you will enjoy a discount of up to £30 on an annual basis.

Will your prepaid subscription end after 1 May? No worries, you can still buy a new prepaid subscription. The cost will always be lower than that of a monthly subscription, and continue to benefit you!

Want to stop your subscription after your prepaid subscription expires? You can do so after you have received your last perfume from your prepaid subscription.
